Stress Test

Today my colleague send the link to measure level of our stress ..I got total 39 points from scale 60. This is very very high scrore which is not good sign at all. In conclusion, the web stated that I am in very high tension level or in life's crisis period. From this level, I might easily get frustated, can't control my emotion or eventually being aggressive. This high level of stress is very severe should make a consult with expert or doctor as soon as possible otherwise it will leads to lunatic level....

Oh my god!! I have to control myself and let it go...... peace in, chill out :)
